YOXEONE Refund and Returns Policy

Your item is not suitable?

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you and request a refund.

You can make your return request by contacting our customer support email developpement.yoxeone@gmail.com

Upon receipt of your email within 48 hours we will return you a return slip which you will simply have to download, print and paste on the package then drop it off at the transport provider mentioned on the slip.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will check its condition and if there is no damage, we will reimburse you using the payment method used during your purchase.

Do you want to make an exchange?

No problem, it will be the same system as for a refund except that you will just have to indicate the size of the model that you wish to exchange instead or if you wish to change to another model than the one you purchased.
